I'm a Geelong based artist specialising in oil painting and drawing
Inspired at a young age by both Surrealism and Impressionism I'm always oscillating between fine detail and loose brushwork to capture the fleeting experiences felt in day-dreams, moments of calm and escapism.
I like to blend the internal and external world, visualising feelings of contemplation and solitude and aspire for my work to have a therapeutic effect on the viewer.
By day I work as a teacher specialising in students with intellectual disabilities. My vision is to become a gallery represented artist who creates work that is thought provoking and can connect to anyone walking off the street and into a space.
